This is our dynamic bike fitting process with supporting motion analysis with the Leomo Type R System. The Type R allows us to quantify important motion parameters and know how much each adjustment is affective those metrics. It is the ultimate in bike and rider optimization. It does add some time to the fit process to please allot 2 hours minimum for the fitting process.
Type R fits also get an extended period for making adjustments after the initial fit session. Up to 45 days after the initial fitting, if your bike isn’t feeling better then ever, you can come back in for a tweak (does not include equipment changes unless agreed upon at the initial fitting).

If you want to be positive you are buying the right size and best fitting bike for your money, getting a fitting done before the purchase is the most accurate way to do that. Then, once you have your shiny new rig, we can get you back in, replicate your ideal position, and then make some final tweaks based on your equipment.

Looking into new bikes? Really happy with your present position on the bike? Let us help make sure you purchase the right size bike before you invest in a new machine. As long as you have been properly fit on your present bike, we can take stack and reach measurements off of your present bike and compare it to any new bike you are considering to help you choose the best option that will suit your needs and best mimic your present position. $50 of the cost can be applied toward a full bike fit once you have your new steed!

If you had a previous fit with us and think something has moved. Or you had the bike worked on and it just doesn't feel the same. We can check it over and reset the fit in about 30-45 min. If equipment has been changed, the cost is either $100/hr or the full price of a bike fit, whichever is less.

If you have had a bike fit with Coach Dale in the last 30 days, and something isn't jiving, we will adjust it free of charge....pending you have not changed any equipment or adjusted things yourself.

This test is the gold standard for determining how many calories you are burning at rest each day. This is essential for anyone looking to gain, maintain, or lose weight. You will also learn how fast or slow (relatively speaking) your metabolism is and how to supercharge it for maximum health and performance gains.
So much data and information comes through this exercise based ramp test. Lung capacity, oxygen delivery, VO2 max, calorie burn at all intensity levels, accurate zone development, fat and carbohydrate utilization, fat/carb crossover point...the list goes on! We will determine your limiters and prescribe training to help you turn those limiters into strengths.
The test itself should take no more than 15 minutes once it begins. Cyclists, you will need to be on your own bike. Runners, this will be a treadmill based test.

This service begins with a Resting Metabolic Rate test (10 minutes) followed by an exercise based ramp test. We STRONGLY encourage this product vs only testing RMR or VO2. The more data you have the better your training will become!
